Hi, I’m Meg King
I help growth-minded leaders in sales and service based industries stop hoping some how sales will grow, and their team will start performing.

I know this world because I've lived it. For over 20 years, I owned and operated my own salon and spa. I also managed a large corporate salon/spa operation, and worked in sales within the industry. So when I talk about the gap between "working hard" and "growing on purpose," I'm not theorizing. I've dealt with those customers you can’t please. I've had the hard conversation with a team member who wasn't hitting their numbers. I've felt the exhaustion of being the one holding it all together.
Here's what I believe, and what I'll never sugarcoat. Your business will only grow as far as your leadership and your team's performance and sales growth let it.
